While what we can visually see in war, in conflicts at home or wherever may appear hopeless, I know the instruction and sharing of Yoga cultivates positive change---It's not that we need to "withdraw" from anywhere...We need to go "within!"

The PROcess is ALL GOoD! BEcoming "unmessable with" claiming your power and destiny for Greatness in all areas of your life. Baptiste Yoga has the revealing and peeling back to your authentic self. And only when the Truth is revealed can we experience the nectar of Acceptance, Forgiveness, Grace, Love and Faith!
